Job Summary

We have an immediate opening for a Technical Support Engineer with experience supporting an enterprise-class software package. We are experiencing exceptional growth and are currently looking for the right people to grow with us. Specific areas of responsibility include:

  • Providing phone, e-mail and web-base iDashboards product support to customers and staff.
  • Assisting customers with their Java environments, Java application servers and databases 
       *as they relate* to the deployment of the iDashboards software.
  • Providing top-notch, professional, courteous support.
  • Contributing feedback and ideas to help facilitate the continued growth of the
       iDashboards Support department.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is intelligent, articulate, honest and customer friendly. He or she will have a positive outlook, be proactive and be a strong team player. Other requirements include:

  • 5+ years of customer-facing technical support experience, supporting an enterprise-class 
       software application.
  • Expertise with Microsoft operating systems and at least a solid familiarity with UNIX/Linux.
  • Expertise writing SQL queries in MS SQL Server. Familiarity with other databases such as
       Oracle and MySQL a plus.
  • Experience working with Java web servers. Apache Tomcat a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • BS Degree in technology.
